Controls and behaviour
The time control determines the queried records. Breakdowns help associate metered activity with the township's work. Organisation Usage provides the broader accounting view.
Access and limits
Usage records are accounting evidence. They do not independently verify an external effect or change tool grants. Model limits and credit balances may stop work even when an external connection is healthy.
