The record presents structured backend data. Back to deployment history returns to the collection. Artifact and status information describe what the attempt recorded.
Access and limits
A recorded artifact is not necessarily a successful provider launch. External services can reject credentials or resources after local generation succeeds. Check per-provider errors before relying on a deployment.
