Signing keys
Signing keys lists the township's agent keys and verification information. It records signing identity without exposing private signing material as general console content.

Controls and behaviour
Key records identify the agent, fingerprint and status. Rotate key uses a confirmation flow when the role permits it. Signature policy and signed receipts are separate governance pages.
Access and limits
Rotating a signing key does not rotate an external provider's API token. Verification depends on published keys and revocation state. Never copy private material into agent instructions or public screenshots.
