Review revision
Review revision compares the proposed mission contract with the currently authorised contract. It exposes both changed fields and the complete proposed scope.

Controls and behaviour
Expanded authority is called out. Authorise revision binds the decision to the proposal and row version being reviewed. If the mission changes during review, the control is disabled until the review is refreshed.
Access and limits
Authorisation needs mission.authorize. Reviewing only the mission title or a subset of changed fields is insufficient. Repository identity and credential bindings are pinned as part of supported provider authorisation.

Related API endpoints
Console addresses and API addresses are different. These endpoints use authenticated console access and server-side authorisation.
/api/profiles/{profileId}/missions/{missionId}/authorizeRequires mission.authorize. The body's rowVersion must match the reviewed version.
