Environment
An environment detail page contains the values for one named overlay. The record can be reused by townships that select that environment.

Controls and behaviour
The configuration table edits this environment's entries. Values are resolved together with shared and township configuration, rather than copied into each township.
Access and limits
The selected environment and the effective value can differ from a value visible in a shared table. Check Settings → Environments inside the township to inspect the resolved result.
