Controls and behaviour
Opening a call shows the stored record. The audit and mission activity pages provide complementary views when the call is governed or signed. Filters narrow the operational record set.
Access and limits
A granted tool can still be refused by scope, permission, model or mission policy. A transport response is not always proof that a requested external change took effect. Check effect verdicts where supported.
