New agent
New agent adds an agent definition to the selected township. The stable agent ID identifies the stored definition and its future work records.

Controls and behaviour
The creation form records the agent's identity and configuration. After creation, the console opens that agent's configuration workspace. Cancel returns without completing creation.
Access and limits
Creating an agent does not imply that it has credentials for an external service. Review tool grants and resource scope separately. The embedded fleet uses deployed definitions; a saved definition may still need deployment before new behaviour is live.
