New township
New township offers a Founding Architect proposal, a template pack or an empty township. The Founding Architect uses your brief, goals and constraints to propose agents and reporting lines.

Controls and behaviour
The first step creates the township. Architect setup then shows a proposal that you can edit before confirming. Confirmation writes the definitions and hierarchy. Template and empty setup open the hierarchy directly.
Access and limits
No GitHub repository is required. A failed proposal request can be retried using the same township shell. Confirming a proposal creates agents, so review their tools and responsibilities before deploying.
