Delegations
Delegations records authority handed from one agent to another. It exposes the source, target, depth, grants, deadline and revocation state.

Controls and behaviour
The list can highlight a delegation named by its identifier. Revoke withdraws the selected delegated authority after confirmation. The hierarchy limits which agents can receive delegated work.
Access and limits
Revoking delegated authority can stop work already running under that contract. A new delegation is a separate record. A delegation's tool set does not replace resource and mission checks.
