Shared connections

Shared connections store organisation-level credentials that townships can inherit. They reduce repeated setup when several townships use the same service.

Controls and behaviour

Each provider has its own fields and Test connection action. Saving updates the stored connection. Tools and webhooks are separate sections for services that support them.

Access and limits

Township-specific connections take precedence when the same service is configured in both scopes. A test can make an outbound provider request. Shared credentials do not automatically grant tools to agents.
