Secret access requests
Secret access requests records requests to reveal protected values. Reviewers can inspect a request and decide whether the value may be disclosed.

Controls and behaviour
Approve and Reject record the decision. An approved reveal has its own disclosure control, and Hide value removes the displayed value from view. The request identifies the resource and requester.
Access and limits
Revealing a value is different from granting a tool. Copying a secret elsewhere creates another sensitive copy. Use the request record to review the reason and scope before disclosure.
