Signed receipts
Signed receipts displays signature records associated with agent work and configured signing policy. It is an evidence collection rather than a configuration form.

Controls and behaviour
Receipt rows expose attribution and verification details retained by the backend. Signing keys and signature policy explain the keys and conditions used to create those records.
Access and limits
A signature proves the relationship between a key and signed content under its verification rules. It does not independently prove that an external operation succeeded. Provider read-back and effect evidence serve that separate purpose.
