Usage
Organisation usage reports metered spend and credit activity across the organisation. It is a reporting page; limits are configured under Policies.

Controls and behaviour
Spend meters show the current accounting windows. Credit information shows the organisation's balance and metered use. Agent and township records provide context for where spend occurred.
Access and limits
An aggregate meter does not prove that a provider-side effect succeeded. Credits, model prices and governance limits are different records. The spend-limit policy determines whether new work can continue.
