Controls and behaviour
The contract view identifies connection and repository selectors for provider-specific operations. Complete contract exposes the stored JSON. Revision history and a proposed-revision link make authority changes reviewable.
Access and limits
The latest proposal is not the current authority until it is authorised. A child mission must remain within the parent's bounds. Limits are shared across the mission tree rather than reset for each child.
