Members lists the people in your organisation and their assigned access. Role assignments can be organisation-wide or limited to a township.

Controls and behaviour
Grant role opens an assignment form. Assignment and member controls change access at the displayed scope. The list distinguishes a person's membership from the roles they hold.
Access and limits
Changes require the appropriate role-management permission. Removing an assignment can stop a person performing actions they previously could perform. It does not automatically undo work already recorded.
