Events records runtime deliveries and trigger processing for the township. It shows what arrived and how the runtime handled it.

Controls and behaviour
Event records expose the source, type, processing state and associated work when available. Reload triggers rebuilds routing from the deployed definitions where the page offers that action.
Access and limits
Ignored means no route matched. Suppressed means runtime pause policy prevented processing. Action steps run asynchronously after ingress work is recorded, so event acceptance and provider completion are separate states.
