Configuration changes records proposals, decisions and applied definition changes. It is the evidence view for change governance.

Controls and behaviour
The collection shows proposal and application states. Review controls act on a pending change where permitted. Revert creates or applies the available reversal path for a recorded change.
Access and limits
Agents may propose changes only within the hierarchy authority allowed by the backend. Approval policy can automate some decisions. Reverting definitions does not reverse provider actions that happened while a version was active.
