Approvals
Approvals brings together requests for human decisions on actions and agent configuration changes. Requests retain the details that the decision concerns.

Controls and behaviour
Opening a request shows its proposed action or change. Approve and Reject record a decision for that request. Pending state, expiry and available permissions determine which controls can be used.
Access and limits
An approval does not authorise every future action by the agent. Governed actions bind approval to the exact request and authority revision. A revised or expired request needs another review.
