Review request shows the persisted proposal before a human decision. Action and configuration-change approvals have different payloads but share the review destination.

Controls and behaviour
Action reviews display the exact saved request when available. Configuration reviews display the proposed change. Approve once and Reject operate on the current request. Related task and journal links provide context.
Access and limits
An incomplete historical payload preview cannot be approved through the redesigned action review. Memory-authority requests can retain a digest and reference rather than the full tool payload; the page states that limitation instead of inventing missing content.
