Configuration edits the agent's definition. Sections separate profile, reporting, tools, triggers, actions, communications and budget settings.

Controls and behaviour
Fields and YAML are alternate editing modes for the same definition. Save records a commit. Tools grants and their permissions determine what the agent can invoke. Reporting defines relationships alongside the hierarchy.
Access and limits
A configuration save does not bypass deployment or runtime policy. Invalid definitions are rejected. The stored file hash protects against overwriting another edit. Provider secrets belong in encrypted connections, not in YAML or prompts.
